    These integrated diplomas form the core courses of the Professional Master's in Human Resource Management and aim to equip specialists with practical knowledge and skills in human capital management and development, strategic human resource planning, performance management, organizational development, and compensation and benefits. Through these programs, learners acquire effective tools to attract and motivate talent and develop productive work environments that support institutional success and professional development.

    The program includes 3 accredited certificates for each course + 3 membership cards. The total number of certificates for the program is 15 accredited certificates + 15 membership cards, in addition to the Professional Master's degree in Executive Management.

    Program Duration

    Each level consists of 80 training hours distributed over a month in an intensive training format, with 3 lectures per week on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Each level comprises 12 lectures. The total duration of the entire program is 400 training hours distributed over 5 months in an intensive training format.
