• The intellectual property rights of the training programs—at all levels—scientific and research articles, awareness materials, and all content as per the sequence provided in the Academy's online training system belong to or are licensed to the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting.
• Electronic transactions, records, and signatures shall have binding validity, and their authenticity or enforceability may not be denied, nor may their execution be prevented solely because they were conducted—fully or partially—electronically, provided that such transactions, records, and electronic signatures are executed in accordance with the conditions stipulated in this system.
• In the event of a complaint against an employee, the trainee or user can contact the relevant administration via the "Contact Us" page on the website or the designated email for such matters.
• The client must provide all accurate information about themselves when registering for any professional development programs at any level they are subscribed to or when utilizing any service offered by the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting, such as full name, country and city, correct phone number, email address, and any additional information we may require at any time. The Academy guarantees the confidentiality of client information.
• The Academy shall not be liable in any way for any loss, whether direct or indirect, moral or material, resulting from the disclosure of your username, email, phone number, or password.
• The training programs and exercises contained in the sections of the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting are protected, and it is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, broadcast, display, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, or disseminate any or all of the contents of this website in any form, whether printed or electronic, without prior permission.
• When registering with the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting to obtain a training program—of any degree—or to receive any services either from the website or through one of the representatives, you are required to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secure password for use when accessing the site. You thus agree to the following:
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your confidential information.

Refund Policy

The amounts you pay to enroll in the courses available in the online training system through us or to benefit from any of the services on the website of the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting are non-refundable, and the subscriber is not entitled to a refund in any of the following cases:

• Commencement of the training program, electronic test, or activation of membership.
• Inability to complete the training program or electronic test.
• Violation of any of the terms of this agreement.

In cases of cheating, academic theft, or electronic system breaches, legal penalties will be applied by filing a complaint with the relevant authorities.

Suspension of Membership or Denial of Access

The International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting reserves the right to suspend membership or deny access to any trainee or user and will not refund subscription fees if they commit any of the following violations:

• Collecting, downloading, storing, uploading, printing, or retaining any information or content available on the site or mobile applications by any means that are not permitted in this regard.
• Allowing others to use your username and password or sharing them with other users, or using the username and password of another user.
• Hacking or attempting to hack any of the protective mechanisms applied by the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting, or accessing or attempting to access the data or the server device of the Academy without authorization, or breaching the site’s security in any way.
• Insulting, defaming, or exhibiting any misconduct towards the Academy or any of its employees. Such behavior is considered a violation of Academy policy, and in this case, the Academy has the right to cancel the trainee's membership, refuse to refund their fees, and withhold the issuance of their certificate.

Your Commitment and Guarantee

• You declare and guarantee that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all materials and courses of any kind that you wish to study through our e-learning system.
• You will comply with all applicable local and international laws in this regard, as well as the provisions applicable to the use of the site and the online training system.
• The information you provide us for enrollment in the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting is accurate, detailed, and correct.
• You will not collect information about other users, including their email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact means.
• You will not disclose or publish any personal information about users or use it in a way that, in our opinion, may violate their confidentiality, privacy, or applicable laws.

They are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the management of the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting has the right to suspend or cancel your membership and block you from the site, applications, or any other services.
