Third: Communication Policy Guide

Communication is a crucial program that the International Higher Academy for Training and Consulting prioritizes, recognizing it as the Academy's open gateway and window. The Academy’s communication policy is based on three main pillars:

Pillar One: Internal Communication

The Academy aims to establish effective communication channels among its departments and employees to facilitate administrative and training procedures and foster strong team cohesion. The Academy has adopted various methods and means for this purpose, including:

  • Internal communication devices between departments and staff.
  • Internal email for staff via the platform's intranet.
  • Social media groups (WhatsApp / Telegram).
  • Regular meetings.

Pillar Two: External Communication

In this pillar, the Academy communicates with official institutions (government, private sector, non-profit organizations) to accomplish tasks or obtain necessary training permits, partnerships, etc. The Academy relies on the following means:

  • Official websites of these entities.
  • Approved official email.
  • Approved social media accounts related to these entities.
  • Published contact numbers for these entities.
  • Physical correspondence for matters that cannot be handled electronically.

Pillar Three: Communication with Trainees

This pillar is the most important as it focuses on the core element of the platform: the trainee. Effective communication with trainees serves as a vital contributor to change within the Academy. To ensure quality communication, the Academy has established several methods and means:

  • Communication channels between the Academy and trainees through the website, equipped with multiple contact icons to facilitate inquiries, ideas, suggestions, or issues.
  • Discussion forums accompanying asynchronous courses, enabling trainees to communicate with trainers and peers.
  • Live chat options available during course delivery.
  • The Academy's WhatsApp account for continuous communication with trainees around the clock.
  • The platform's email for trainee correspondence: info@ihatc.academy.

Fourth: Electronic Course Evaluation Policy Guide

The Academy follows a unified mechanism for evaluating professional training programs as needed, assigning a total of 100 points for each course as follows:

First: Attendance

Trainees must attend at least 70% of the allocated training program time.

  • 10 points are awarded for attendance and included in the final total.

Second: Assignments and Activities

  • 40 points are allocated for tasks and assignments given to trainees during the program.
  • Points distribution for assignments: 20 points for assignments, 15 points for interactive activities, and 15 points for short quizzes for each unit.

Third: Final Course Exam

  • 50 points are designated for the final examination.
